A GOOD QUALITY, VINTAGE GENTLEMAN'S 9CT HALLMARKED GOLD WRISTWATCH, WINEGARTENS LONDON c1956 A good quality, vintage, Gentleman's 9CT Gold Wristwatch retailed by Winegartens of London and dating from c1956.
Th 9ct solid gold watch case is in good condition. it is hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" alongside "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "G" for 1956/57.
The Swiss made, 17 Jewel, mechan...ical movement is in good working order.
The dial signed "Winegartens, London EC2" and also "Swiss made".
An opportunity to purchase a very nice, extremely good quality vintage watch that is in excellent condition and in working order.
