The luster and hand painting are in great condition with only very minor rubs of luster/paint. I am calling this a desk set because the same item was sold at a live auction, a few years back..., as a desk set. The desk set is 6 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall including the flower handles. If more photographs are needed, please email before bidding.
