Antique Dark Blue Staffordshire Transferware Sugar Bowl circa 1825 Offered for sale is a very nice early 19th century sugar and lid with light damage. It looks like there may be a tiny bit of touch up on two of the handle edges and possibly some covering of glaze wear on the lower flange edges. It would have been extremely minor and it is invisible, professionally done. The lid also has a few small chips on the edges as you can see in the photos, a l...arger chip on the underside edge and there is minor flaking to the flange that is covered by the lid, otherwise fine. Measures 6&1/4" tall, 7&1/2" handle to handle.
