Selling a group of Rhode Island photographs that’s was done by Arthur Oscar Schilling 1887 - 1958. He was born in Germany, but grew up in the US in New York State. He was a painter , artist , photographer, poultry breeder and judge. He work with many magazines through out his career, along with the American Poultry Association and a breeder of White Leghorns. This a group 12 pages of Single Comb & Rose comb Rhode Island Red large fowl chickens photographs on heavy photography paper. ...There are 12 pages of photos in this group. These were probably used to print in the poultry magazines of the day. These date from 1901 - 1919. Most of the photo stock pages are 7 inches by 11 inches. Most images are approx 3 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches. Some are smaller most have 2 images per page. One large photo does have some damage. The photos are in excellent condition, some have torn edges that do not go into the photos. I’m listing other breed groups also. Email me if you have any questions. Payment is expect within 2 days .
