SHIPPING & INSURANCE: Winning International bidder will pay actual shipping costs to be shipped and insured through the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail International with full value shown for Customs. Shipping cost must be agreed to before buyer sends payment. Insurance required because otherwise there is no means of tracing the package nor refunding for a lost/damaged package.
