THANK YOU.I AM LISTING ANOTHER SKIRT, SO PLEASE LOOK AT THAT AS WELL.A beautiful antique Chinese deep blue silk hand embroidered skirt made from 2 panels.I have done photos of both the back and the front.The 2 embroidered panels have mythical birds and flow...ers. One flower is worked in Pekin knot or forbidden stitch with gold thread highlighting it.It is lined in blue silk and attached to the original linen waistband.MEASUREMENTS.Including the waistband it is 38 inches long (96.5 cm).The 2 embroidered panels are 12 inches long (30.5 cm) and 9.1/2 inches wide (24 cm).CONDITION.There are no tears, repairs or holes. There are some very faint marks, really not easy to see.There is rubbing/wear to some of the embroidery along the hem and on the black vertical embroidered strips, which should be visible in the full photos. Also, there is some damage to one of the thinner black silk strips, next to one of the embroidered vertical strips.There are some marks to the lining.In good condition and it will display very well.
