Rock - Ola Model 1748 Stepper - - For 200 - Select Jukebox TEMPO REGIS EMPRESS 2

(*This is the second of two model 1748 steppers that I am listing for sale recently, as the first one already sold). The Rock-Ola model 1748 stepper was originally made for the 160-select model 408 Rhapsody, but it will also function WITHOUT MODIFICATION as a 200-select stepper in the 1455-1465-1475-1485-1495 or 1497. This stepper is in very nice original condition, with no significant damage to the relays or the wiring and no indication that anything was modified. However, I did notic...e that a couple of the small metal blades on the "TRANSFER RELAY" are bent, so I am including another set of switches from a Transfer Relay for replacement. Also, the fuse holder is cracked near the base (though still functional), but I'm including a replacment fuse holder. The stepper does need a top cover,  but repro covers are available from Stamann (Jukebox-world.de) in Germany. You will also need a scan plug (like the one shown in the last picture). One end of this plug goes into the "SCAN" outlet on the top of the stepper and the other end plugs into the "SCAN" outlet on the top of the power supply. You can buy these little plugs at at an electronics store and then just wire them together. You would typically use a model 1755 stepper in the 200-select Rock-Olas, but the 1755 stepper is hard to find and also very expensive! I sold a 1748 stepper to a friend of mine in Germany several years ago and he is using it in his 1495 Regis and it works just as well as the 1755. The 1748 may fit a bit more tightly than the 1755, but works just as well. Sold AS-IS and untested. Happy to ship internationally or hold for transport to the November Chicago Show.
