An antique Staffordshire plate rendered in a red transferware pattern entitled 'Japanese' by the potter Alcock. It measures 10 1/4" in diameter. In very good antique condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs--some light, expected utensil/surface marks from use and a bit of crazing to the back rim edge in one area.
