Offered in this sale is a pair of nicely hand painted porcelain vases that I believe are more than likely Bohemian dating to the late 1800s. They have no makers mark on them, however, both of them has a small painted character mark on the base that is identical. This could be a ...particular decorators mark. You can see it if you zoom and enlarge the 2nd image. The vases measure roughly 5 3/4" tall and are 3" across the top. The decoration is HAND PAINTED not transfer printed and is embellished with gold gilt. The condition of both pieces is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration on either piece.
