Up for auction is this wonderful Royal Copenhagen Denmark salt or pepper shaker in the popular plain blue fluted lace pattern. Royal Copenhagen stock # 439, this piece was used as a salt shaker in a salt and pepper set, or occasionally, as a pepper shaker along with a Royal Copenhagen Blue Lace small salt dish. It is highlighted by the Blue Onion light Plain Blue Lace design with textured, lined "flutes". Fully marked on the bottom, in blue, with the Royal Copen...hagen 3 line mark and an artist mark. Also marked, in green, "1/439". These marks are 1st quality marks with NO SLASHES!! an excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Colors are clear and bright. A great piece in nice shape offered with NO RESERVE!!
