Original Description:
Here's a nice oval crystal regulator for restoration. It has not been serviced for many years and needs a cleaning since it only runs for a few minutes. 3 of the 4 beveled glasses are perfect, only the back door has a few tiny chips at the very top.Porcelain dial is in perfect shape with no chips or cracks.  It is complete with key, except missing the back door pull. We used to replace the missing pulls with tiny brass screws. There is some tarnishing to the case, mostly around th...e base. ( photos 7 & 8 ) Some collectors like to polish it, others prefer for it to look aged. Movement is marked Made in France. An oval crystal regulator generally sells for better than $300.
