This original, museum-quality, naval cap is in extremely fine condition. There are no mothing or moth holes in the fabric. It has all of its parts, including an interior label of the maker. It was purchased from one of the country's leading authorities on Civil War naval items. His card will be included in the purchase. All parts are still sturdy and can be handled with some care. If you are looking an officer's navy cap to your collection, then this is the top of the line. I am only s...elling this to help pay for my son's college tuition. All sales final, although I don't see a situation where this would want to be returned as the condition is impeccable. Thank you for looking.
