Antique German Jugendstil/Art Nouveau White Metal Table Photo Frame c.1905-10 Description: Absolutely fantastic small metal table frame for a small picture/photograph made in the Art Nouveau period in the early 1900s. The frame is a work of art made in this very unique style called Art Nouveau or Arts and Jugendstil in Germany. It is characterized by beautiful curved scrolling lines and floral motifs created in the sa...me Jugendstil/Art Nouveau manner. Made of some sort of white metal.
The frame is in a good shape with some age-related wear.
It is 6" tall 3.5" wide at the widest point. The opening is 3.75" by 2.5". It is made to stand on the table or a shelf. Comes with original glass.
