#65(stained) with a Medfield, MASS and "PAID" cancel on an extremely rare Abraham Lincoln mourning cover in black with a portrait of Abraham Lincoln in an oval and "We Cherish His Memory" above. The cover is accompanied by a letter from a son to his father and they discuss his health the details of an upcoming visit by his father to Windsor.  The cover is clean and in Fine condition. This is an extremely rare design that is not listed in the Bischel sale.Please note that I am not ...a dealer but I do the best I can to accurately describe the item.
