Civil War Era CDV * LT GENERAL US GRANT w/ Black Mourning Ribbon for LINCOLN This auction is for an antique Civil War era CDV that pictures Lieut. Gen U.S. Grant in his uniform. He is wearing a black ribbon on his left arm to signify mourning for President Abraham Lincoln. There is no photographer’s mark but the photo quality is Excellent and it dates to 1865.
