Vintage Suntour Cyclone Long Cage Rear Derailleur. First Generation. These were the best. Back when this was out it was the best working derailleurs and lighter than Campagnolo. Suntour held the patents to the slant double parallelogram design. When the patent expired every company changed to match Suntours design which is still the design we use to this day. This was Suntours top of the line. This is a friction derailleur.
