Original Description:
Vintage Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950) wood block print, signed and titled in pencil in the bottom margin. Date and title in Japanese on left margin. His name stamp in the lower corner of the image. The image has wonderful color and detail. The paper is believed to be hand made. It has untrimmed edges along the left side and top. You can feel the indentation in the paper at the edge of the print where it was pressed to the wood block to make the print. It also has two pin holes in the lef...t margin. My research indicates these were probably made as part of the printing process. There is an old label (or remnant of one) on the back: Tokyo Elite on green background. When purchased, these prints had been taped to the mat. I cut the tape to free them, but have not tried to remove any of the tape that is affixed to the print. There is no evidence of the tape when looking at the print. I will leave it to the buyer to trim or remove the tape. 
The paper is 10.5” x 15.75”. The image is 9.5” x 14.5”. 
I will ship the print between two sturdy pieces of cardboard.
