Interesting uniform, Stetson type hat with open collar tunic, 5 button I would say, with a button front flapped belt and a dark co...lored Kilt with a Sporran with 7 white tassels white round badge on collar lapel and a badge on his dark tie. Three badges above left pleated pocket. Three faint badges above his right breast pocket. Kilt pin visible. Top of dirk showing on one stocking, holding a wooded cane. Has a pair long stocking on. Interesting.
