Listed price is PER CHAIR OR STOOL. Vintage design and contemporary production (last 15-20 years) of the classic Emeco 1006 Navy Armchair and Navy Barstool originally designed in the 1940s. This is a lightweight military quality chair originally made for US Navy. Recycled aluminum construction with an anodized brushed finished and stainless steel foot glides with plastic caps. The barstool does NOT have plastic caps. Still in production and... available for around $500+/each brand new at high end retailers like Design Within Reach (DWR). These are genuine Emeco seating from the Navy Collection...not knockoffs or copies. Integrates well with mid century modern, Danish modern, art deco, tanker, industrial, and steampunk styles. Incised "Emeco" mark into the back frame on all and manufacturer stickers on the underside of most.(2) Arm chairs measure 34"h x 20-3/4"w x 19-1/2"d. Seat height is 18".
(1) Barstool measures 43"h x 18"w x 21-1/4"d. Seat height is 30"Condition is VERY GOOD. Structurally sound. Minimally used in a residential setting. Well taken care of by the previous owner. No loose welds or bends to the frame. Solid, lightweight, and strong. All stainless steel feet glides are in place. There are plastic caps on the armchairs, but no plastic caps on the barstool. Some plastic caps show cracks to the plastic, but nonetheless are still securely attached. Cosmetically, there are minor surface scratches, some scuff marks, light dark staining in certain areas, a few deeper scratches / gouges, and a few paint marks. Seat surfaces are in great shape.
