This was an auction find. It’s missing 3 needles but the nob turns easily. I don’t know anything about these to know exactly how it operates but seems in nice condition. Most of my items come from auctions, garage sales or estate sales. I do not smoke in my home, but there may be items that come from a smokers home. If I notice the smell, I will mention that... in my listing. If it's not mentioned that doesn't mean it is for sure from a smoke free home, I just couldn't smell it. I do have dogs and outdoor cats. I keep them separate from the merchandise being sold. There may possibly be a stray hair I might not see. If you have allergies please be advised of this before purchasing.
