This is a vintage Boy Scouts of America (BSA) sash, with nine old cloth patches or merit badge awards. I'm not sure when this was made, I would GUESS circa 1940's to 1960's - give or take. The merit badges are for: Public Health, Personal Fitness, Electricity, Bird Study, Art, Printing, Forestry, Stamp Collecting and Music.
