This is a vintage 1957 Gibson ES-125. Originally an entry-level model that evolved from the ES-100, the 125 is a full depth, non-cutaway archtop with a single P-90 in the neck position. This guitar had a single owner, and was hardly played. It is in amazingly great condition, with extremely light wear, including a small ding on the back of its neck by the heel.
The tailpiece appears to have been replaced at some point, but the rest of the guitar is original. It plays incredibly... easily and sounds fantastic acoustically. Plugging in, the 125 comes to life with its hot and clear dogear P-90. This is a beautiful instrument that looks as good as it sounds and feels.
It has been professionally setup and comes with its original hardshell case.
