This listing is for a Pair of Vintage Radio Craftsmen Model 500 Tube Amplifiers Second Version of the 500 series Radio Craftsmen with the square sharp corner output transformers. The amplifiers were designed and made under Western Electric Patents and the engineers involved in their production were Ed Miller who later founded Sherwood and Sid Smith who went of to be Saul Marantz's chief engineer of Marantz. The amplifiers are in working condition. The cosmetics of the ampli...fiers are fairly nice considering their age and can be seen in the pictures and the chrome is better on one amplifier than the other. There is some pitting in the chrome chassis.
Due to age the amplifiers are being sold AS IS.
