Featured in this auction is a great looking Sato Japanese ginbari cloisonne vase with three gold fish on the front and two fish in the background on the back. The details in the dark green really pop in strong light as shown. It is 7.25" tall x 4" wide and is in overall very good condition. The surface is in very good condition. There is a small and slight dent on the top of the top metal rim and a tiny dent on the edge of the bottom metal rim. There is a sm...all star crack below the mouth of the top fish, a star crack in the top fin on fish to the right and a slightly longer star crack in the green area to the left of the fin on the bottom fish. These are hard to see and the vase displays great. There is a chip on the bottom only. It is marked Japan Sato Cloisonne. It will weigh 4 pounds when double boxed and safely packed.
