Up for auction is a SUPERB 18TH CENTURY CHINESE QIANLONG FAMILLE ROSE IMPERIAL FIGURES TEA BOWL CUP SAUCER. Superbly decorated examples made during the second quarter of the 18th century Yongzheng to Qianlong era. The enamels are beautiful and vibrant. The tea bowl and saucer are thinly potted and very translucent they likely would be considered what is known as eggshell porcelain although I would not say they are quite that thin! Great examples that are becoming exceedingly hard to find.
Condition: Crack to saucer rim that can only be noticed from back side. Saucer and tea bowl are otherwise in fine condition as seen with no further damage and no repairs.
Size: The tea bowl measures 3 inches wide by 1 5/8 inches tall. The saucer measures 4 3/4 inches wide.
