Re-listed because I didn't notice the top border was folded over.
Pictured above is a rare, very hard to find Original Vintage 1947 SPOOK SHOW Poster. This is the Iconic Poster with all the elements that qualify this one to be a classic. It features the CHASM OF SPASMS Risqué show by "The Manipulator of FUN! MIRTH! MAGIC! WITCHCRAFT! Dr. Ogre BANSHEE" staged by John Calvert. The famous Big Midnite SPOOK SHOW featured on the top of the poster and Jack London'...s "BLOOD and THUNDER" (100 Men and ONE Girl!) on the bottom. PLUS the Extra feature of VERGA "The Spooks' Pretty Vampire" taking her MIDNITE BATH!! What a show!
The poster is dated 1947 on the bottom and is original. The size is about 40" x 30" and is in good condition with some minor tears at some of the folds and light stains in a couple places around the border and corners. Please view the many close-up photos for actual condition. The poster is colorful with great border graphics of skeletons, spooks and more. This classic SPOOK SHOW collectible poster will be safely mailed folded (as found) flat in a box and mailed via USPS Priority Mail. Just in time for your vintage Halloween display and ready to frame.
