This bell is the bust of an American Eagle with a clapper shaped like a cowboy boot. The bell is the 9th of 38 created by this artist. Mr. McCombie is a resident of Indiana, Pennsylvania. His art has been praised by collectors and critics for years. The detail is spectacular. Number ...14 of 500 this piece is signed on the inside as well as marked St. Louis '95 JM.
