Up for auction today is a vintage Parker Duofold pen from the 1946, made in Denmark: P A R K E RDUOFOLDPen and pencil setTerracotta RedMade in Denmark by Christian Olsen Pen CompanyCopenhagenc. 1950s DescriptionThis is the Danish PARKER Duofold made by Christian Olsen pen factory in Copenhagen. The colour is unique to Danish Duofolds and was only available in Denmark, along with the Terracotta Red.This is an early 50s model with aluminium push-button filler (AF). Pencil... has nose cone-activated twist mechanism. Really interesting piece of Parker exotica. Pen’s conditionGood vintage condition, nice glossy surface, trim in very good condition, imprint fully readable. Filling system fully restored, the pen’s ready to fill and write. To fill, unscrew the barrel end, immerse the nib and the edge of the nib section in the ink bottle and press 3-4 times.
