We are excited about a large collection of Brown & Bigelow mailing calendars, prints and Christmas cards and assorted ephemera we recently acquired at an estate auction in Saint Paul. These were archived and stored for decades in several huge folio books that were created to archive published examples of the calendar giant. The calendars span the period from about 1917 through to the WWII years of the mid 1940s. There are many images we have never seen before in several decades of selling vintage pin-up and ephemera, we hope you find these calendars as exciting as we do!
ITEM: This is a scarce, vintage and original, 1927 Brown & Bigelow R. A. Fox / Robert Atkinson Fox fantasy scene adorned mailing calendar with advertising printed for the Belting & Leather Products Assn. Inc. This rare surviving sample calendar features a great image by Fox titled "Mountain Majesty", and has a lone December 1927 calendar pad.
Measures 4 3/4" x 10"on a heavy card-stock paper with an image size of 3 3/4" by 5"
CONDITION: Very fine condition with light adhesive remnants on the back side from having been carefully removed from a huge Brown & Bigelow Calendar Company archived folio book - please use the included images as your best conditional guide.
