A VINTAGE H. W. HARRIS, FROM J. BELL & Co, PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST, 224 HIGH STREET, EXETER, DEVON, COLD CREAM POTLID & THE ORIGINAL BASE POT from the early c1885 period that has been found buried in a domestic rubbish tip in the Exeter area a few years ago. The lid measures 6cm in diameter across the flange by 3.5cm high when on the base pot and is in NEAR MINT CONDITION being white and clean with a strong, highly detailed, crystal clear black transfer. The ORIGINAL base... pot that was found along with the lid fits perfectly with no movement. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines on the the lid or base.
