The number on the bottom is 3452689 but I am not able to find it in the Olympia data base so ...that might not be the actual serial number. It says it was made in West Germany. This typewriter is in PRISTINE condition! I rarely come across vintage typewriters that are in as good condition as this one. It works great but could use a new ribbon. There are a few minor scratch marks on the outer case. Get this great portable typewriter today!
