Invoice of Ordnance and Ordnance Stores turned over by Colonel Hugh J. Brady, Commander 206th Regt. PA Vols. to Captain Thomas J. Moore, Co. "A" 206th PA Vols. before arriving at Richmond, VA dated January 7th, 1865.  The invoice is or "One Thousand Round Elongated Ball Cartridge Cal 58".  The document has wear and discoloration along the right border and light fading throughout.  Along with the document is a cover marked, "Invoices of Ordinance for Co. A" on the front.&...nbsp; The cover has wear along the four corners and loss of paper at the top right corner.  

206th PA Volunteers - Organized Sept. 8, 1864.  An infantry regiment of the Union Army in the Civil War.  The 206th was sent to the Army of the James at Bermuda Hundred during the Siege of Petersburg.  The regiment remained in camp during the Third Battle of Petersburg and later marched into Richmond after its evacuation.  After serving on provost duty in Virginia, it was mustered out in late June of 1865.

Thomas J. Moore -  Enlisted on 8/14/1862 as a Second Lieutenant and was commissioned into "D" Co. PA 135th Infantry.  He was mustered out on 5/24/1863 at Harrisburg, PA.  He enlisted on 7/23/1863 as a Captain and was commissioned into "A" Co. PA 2nd Battalion Infantry.  He was mustered out on 1/21/1864.  He then enlisted once more on 9/9/1864 as a Captain and was commissioned into "A" Co. PA 206th Infantry/  He mustered out on 6/26/1865 at Richmond, VA.
