We are very pleased to offer this completely hand decorated, turn of the century A.G. Schultz sterling silver tea kettle on matching stand, retaining the original, hallmarked burner.
The rarely seen Baltimore firm first listed in 1899.The work shop only crafted sterling silver items.Known for their distinctive trademark, a picture of a hand
framing the word MADE.
In classic ta...pering pear shape, with up-swept vine scroll and flower rim.
All over hand raised leaf and floral sprays, and wispy ferncarved in exceptionally high relief from the satin background.
The conforming floral on satin decorated cover retains the originalsmooth surface "Hershey kiss" finial.
Cascading swans neck spout with leaf and floral wrapping.Feathered leaf crown tapering S scroll handlewith leaf and flower on satin wrapping.
Atop vine framed anthemion center feet.
Never monogrammed.
