We are pleased to offer a monumental, completely hand decorated turn of the century Kirk and Son sterling silver
raised floral coffee pot.
In classic bottle form with long gently tapering neck.All over hand raised leaf and floral sprays, in exceptionally high relieffrom the satin background.Ruffled edge top hat cover retains the original leaf and flower finial, secured by the originalh...and cut fastener below.Cascading leaf cap swans neck spout with leaf and floral wrapping.Rolled vine crown tapering S-scroll floral decorated handle.
No monogram to the visible surface.Underside with interwoven script initials possibly AMCL (?).
This c1905 Kirk sterling silver hand decorated covered coffee pot is 10 1/2 inches fromhandle to spout and it weighs 41 standard ounces.
In very fine condition.Rich sterling patina.It retains the original detail.Cover closes flush, stands firm on table.
