 This is a small Set of Two (2) Original 19th century U.S. Fractional notes, from the 1860s. Denomination:  5 CENTS. Notes are in overall Good condition, w/generalized wear, etc; otherwise, o.k. Notes  grade  aVF or slightly better. These little notes were intended as "small change" to fill the coin shortage during the Civil War period.  Low beginning bid!  Buyer pays $1.95 S&H, extra for postage outside the U.S. ***Please see scans.
