A great mantle piece or for a shelf in an office. In great shape and still works. It does need some dusting and brass cleaning, but I was afraid to do that, it might detract from the value. Sits solidly on a flat surface and is surprisingly heavy. It is made of steel/iron and brass. It has a 5X eyepiece and two objectives, 10X, 43X. The mirror is convex on one side and flat on the other no cracks on either. It will tilt, but the tool to loosen the hinge is special and missing. It looks... great in a professional office of any kind, and you get out to look at slide, coins and other small objects. If someone doesn’t buy it, I am keeping it for my future home office.
