A colonial era manuscript deed from Kittery, York County, Massachusetts, (later separated as part of the State of Maine in 1820) dated November 30, 1782. Edward Cutts and Daniel Mounlton as Justice of the Peace and Registrar of Deeds respectively. Daniel Cutts was a Colonel in the Massachusetts Militia stationed at Kittery Point during the Revolutionary War and Daniel Moulton was a private from July 10, 1775 to December 31, 1775. Approximately 8 1/8" x 12 3/4" in size.... Fold lines and minor fold weakness. Has been folded and will be shipped that way.
