Original Description:
A colonial era manuscript deed from Kittery, York County, Massachusetts, (later separated as part of the State of Maine in 1820) dated November 30, 1782.  Edward Cutts and Daniel Mounlton as Justice of the Peace and Registrar of Deeds respectively.  Daniel Cutts was a Colonel in the Massachusetts Militia stationed at Kittery Point during the Revolutionary War and Daniel Moulton was a private from July 10, 1775 to December 31, 1775.  Approximately 8 1/8" x 12 3/4" in size....  Fold lines and minor fold weakness.  Has been folded and will be shipped that way.  We are full time autograph and document dealers registered with the UACC (#036), and members of the Manuscript Society.  Payments must be by Pay Pal.  We will combine shipping on multiple purchases.  Buyers in New York State must pay sales tax on both the sale price plus the shipping charge with rates based on the county of residence so please wait for invoice with before payment.  For thousands more items please visit my E-Bay store.
