Click images to enlarge Description This listing is for a good quality demonstration vacuum pump that dates to the last quarter of the 19th Century. It is unmarked as far as I can tell but is beautifully constructed in cast iron and brass and retains its original thick moulded glass cup. I didn't try it under much vacuum but when you put your hand on the tube there is a definite sucking of air.
It is offered in lovely original untouched condition and if you wanted to the brass would shine up nicely.
Approx dimensions: 43cm wide x 32cm deep x 60cm high
You are welcome to collect or I will package it well. I will also deconstruct it partly for safety during postage but is simply bolts and pins. I use GSP by default for international orders.Feel free to ask questions and happy searching
