Antique folding camera by Seroco Camera Co. Black box with top strap handle. Billows appear in fantastic condition. Wollensack Optical Co lens in brass foundation. Reads " 4x5 HIGH GRADE SYMMETRICAL" Shutter clicks smoothly. All adjustable knobs and movements appear to be operating smoothly. Viewfinder does not reflect well because of aging of the reflector which may be helped with cleaning.
Wood appears to be rosewood or mahogany. Comes with 3 wooden film plate frames, a...nd case . Cover on both the camera box and the film negative case needs repair.
A beautiful decorator accent piece for display or to restore for use by historic experimental photographer.
Camera box measures approximately 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 3 1/2" when closed. Exposure area of film frames measures approximately 4" x 5" each.
