I am offering for sale an 18th Century set of scales and weights from the era of the French Revolution which was used to measure the weights of various goods. There is a label in French on the inside of the lid that describes the weights and measures. The wooden box contains a brass balance with two pans and several weights. It is in very good condition with age appropriate patina. See photos. It measures 7" long x 2" deep.
