Antique Glass Orange Peel Round Form Apothecary Candy/Display Jar, with metal lid & stand
What a RARE beauty!
Truly a unique jar, nearly impossible to find in this form, pattern and condition...round form allows it to sit upright or be tilted.Round form jar with flat bottom has surface that is textured like an orange peel, features a twist pattern neck, no maker’s mark. Jar measures approx. 8” acrossand is 7 ½” h without the stand (sta...nd 2” h x 7” w). Tin lid fits jar securely is 5 1/8” w x½” h with a nice patina (stand/lid appear to be original). Jar can move about on the stand to be positioned upright or tilted!Very good condition as pictured – lid hassmall dent in side, neck of jar has a few tiny flea bites (normal with use oflid on/off), lower side has 1 glass-firing bubble “flaw”, no cracks, somesurface dirt inside/out from use and display (will easily clean). * Please visit my store to see other unique fashion, vintage & antique items for sale *
