WWII German Helmet Vet Bring Back With Document

WWII German Helmet Vet Bring Back.  Not an expert on German helmets by any means so tried to photo all the markings I see in the helmet.  Please ask any questions you have and see pics for condition.   When I got the helmet a couple years back it had the document tucked inside the liner.  I do not have the other items it lists on the documentation and it is a copy of the original paper that was filled out.  I am letting this go now because it is a little outsid...e my collecting focus and I recently got the opportunity to add an item to my collection I have been after for over 5 years so need to raise some funds.  Please let me know if you have any questions see photos for condition and note the display head is NOT included.   US sales only and this does NOT violate ebay rules
