This listing is for a nice copper and brass deep sea scuba diver's helmet with twelve bolt collar and four viewing ports. Maker's badge "US Navy diving Helmet, Mark 5. Morse diving equipment company Co., Inc Boston, Mass. 8/29/11."The front viewing hatch opens and secures with no problems.
It came from an estate sale, so I don’t know anything about it and/or deep sea dive helmets, so I took a lot of photos to show the condition and components.It has a bit of t...arnish on it. I polished it a little to show how nice the brass and copper cleans up(last photo) but still needs a good polishing.It weighs about 35 lbs., so it is quite a heavy and a solid piece
