WW2 German K98 Mauser Early War Laminated Rifle Stock Set Complete with small eagle over large "L" Luftwaffe marking (Please See Photos). Large numbers of Luftwaffe (German Air Force) personnel were used as infantry in the later stages of WWII as the German war situation became ever more desperate. All the parts are original early war WWII German but the numbers do not match and the second band is unnumbered (looks like the number has been scrubbed off). This Rifle Stock Set is c...omplete with the early war laminated stock, flat butt plate, hand guard, milled front and rear bands, early war milled band spring, a bayonet lug and recoil cross bolt. This stock has some very pleasing reddish/orange accents due to the glue the German's were using in the lamination process at the time ( Please see photos).This stock has the usual dings and dents as would be expected in a 75 year old military stock but has a nice overall appearance. Hard to find a early WWII German Luftwaffe rifle stock set you can use to put the correct stock back onto your sporterized or damaged early war WWII German rifle.
