WWII US M1 Garand Bayonet & Scabbard, NICE BLADE FINISH, PAL MANUFACTURERDESCRIPTION: Scans show all the details.....WWII US M1 GARAND BAYONET w/SCABBARD. IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SCARCE & DESIRIBLE MANUFACTURERS. Deeply stamped on the throat. Bayonet is standard 14 1/2" long overall, with a 10" blade. Blade is very clean and contains its original finish. Has not been sharpened. Black plastic handles are in excellent condition except for a small chip by the release. Release w...orks smoothly. THIS was either a pre-war or early war long manufacture, which was then shortened early in the war to the shorter, updated specifications. AN ESPECIALLY NICE GARAND BAYONET FOR YOUR COLLECTION.Scabbard is complete, with Ordnance bomb stamp and "US", as shown. Bayonet is in excellent overall condition, scabbard is very good.
