This is a vintage 1954 all-chrome Pontiac hood ornament, I'm not sure for which model. Very streamlined design with wide wings. It has the number 517658 stamped under one wing, along with Made in USA with BLC at the center. This one measures about 15" long and 8" across the wings. All of the original mounts appear to be intact. The chrome is in good condition, there is some pitting and a little light rust, mostly in the top grooves but some in other places (see the photos and... use the magnifier!) and light scuffs on one wing. Original part made in the USA.
