Beautiful antique German porcelain figurine, depicting a mother in standing pose holding her infant, who wears a voluminous Christening style outfit with bonnet, long gown & pale yellow capelet, measuring 6-1/8" high x 2-1/2" wide x 2-3/8" deep, marked at the back of the base with a blue asterisk motif, we don't know who the maker is, but the workmanship is comparable to Meissen, good condition, from a local estate.
