Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recent purchased estate, Sherman, Vintage, Late 1950's - Teal, Sky Blue and Emerald Green AB Color - Round and Marquise Shaped Crystals - 2" Double Wide Openwork Motif Cluster Bracelet. EXTREMELY RARE DESIGN & COLOR COMBINATION! - BOOK PIECE! - MINT CONDITION! - NO RESERVE! This handsome and very impressive bracelet dates from the late 1950's, made by the well known Canadian firm of "Sherman" designed as a 2" double wide openwork bracelet featurin...g an center section of alternating round and marquise shaped crystals with double borders of small and medium round shaped crystals. The bracelet is done in a series of dazzling and intense teal, sky blue and emerald green AB color round and marquise shaped crystals set in a rhodium plated setting.
The bracelet measures 7.25" in length with a width of 2".
This bracelet, in a color variation, can be seen on page 199 of the new Yallen and Caldwell Sherman book - "Sherman Jewellery - The Masterpiece Collection". The bracelet is in mint condition showing very little use, all the original stones, none missing or replaced wit no loss to the finish or plating on the back of the bracelet. The bracelet is marked on the back of the clasp, Sherman in script letters. SHERMAN Sherman was a Canadian costume jewelry company that produced very high-quality pieces. Colorful or clear prong-set rhinestones or cut crystal beads (sometimes with an aurora borealis finish) adorn most Sherman pieces; the metal is rhodium-plated or gold-plated. "Jewels of Elegance" by Sherman was written on some carded Sherman jewelry. Sherman produced jewelry from 1947-1981. As I usually do I'm offering this item at a LOW opening with NO RESERVE.
