Weiskopf was in the Justice Dept and was a part-time member of Herbert O. Yardley's MI-8 decoding staff in Washington, DC, the "American Black Chamber" of WW1. MI-8 was the Cryptologic Organization of Military Intelligence Section 8. Can't find any info on Mildred S. Dodd.
