Original Description:
Offered with NO RESERVE is an incredible solid wood secretary desk with applied sterling silver decorations. Made by the famous and desirable Howard Company of New York and is appropriately  hallmarked on each bottom corner of the lid. The sterling decoration features pierce work including gorgeous cherubs, birds a flowers decorations. Initial "W" is in the center cartouche.  Box measures over 8.5" tall x 12.5" wide x 5.75" deep. Clean, usable and presentable! Expected a...ge wear seen on the wood, including some small dings & chips. Each bottom corner of the lid is missing a little corner piece, no big deal. Box is strong and operable. Some wear and light staining to the interior cloth. Could be washed. Great antique smell :)  Stands perfectly straight and stable. Awesome piece.
